Enzo wanted a Triple IPA {LERVIG LOCAL}

Enzo and Stephan from FrauGruber came to visit all the way from Bayern, (one of Germany’s best craft brewer’s) so we cooked up a collab, Enzo wanted to make Norwegians happy so we devised a Triple IPA DDH’d with Nelson Sauvin, Cryo Loral and Mosaic hops. We balanced off the 20plato OG beer with a bit of malted oats to smooth the body and added a little dextrose to boost the gravity but not make the beer sweeter than it needs to be to get to 9.3% ABV.
