WEST COAST DANK
IPA COLLABORATION WITH BONEYARD (USA) ALC. 7,1% VOL.
Tony from Boneyard came back yet again for the 3rd year, it’s becoming a tradition. Boneyard hails from bend Oregon so there is no way he wants to brew a trendy hazy IPA. We like west coast IPAs as much as anyone so this was a no brainer.
We decided to brew up this one dank as can be, but we still double dry hopped it like the modern day IPAs are getting with the dankest hops in our fridge, Mosaic and Simcoe are super dank, Chinook and Cascade for the old school citrus and grapefruit hit at the end.
Well balanced and clearer than most IPAs you see today it maybe reminds us what IPA was supposed to be.
