We love our supersonic and we really love NZ / Aussie hops, they have the pithy dankness we love as hop heads. Most noticeable of these down under hops are the Galaxy which is a ripe mango / citrus & tropical flavors, then the NZ Nelson sauvin hops which are derived from Sauvignon Blanc wine grape, whihs bares an uncanny similarity of taste and aromas.
