We went into the barrel room, and blended bourbon-barrels and red zinfandel barrels to make this oaky, caramel beast of a beer with a sour kick. Lots of deep caramel and dried fruit notes with a tart cherry like flavor with some lemon-zestyness. Whether you’re having a Christmas meal or enjoying the warmth of the fire, Christmas Crush is the perfect complement to the holiday season.
